This is the inner cover page of Kokin kousei, Shinsen zeni kagami (Corrected Against Past and Current Records, A New Selected Mirror of Cash Coins).
To give you an idea of the actual size of the book, the large rectangle framing the title page is 13.2.cm across the top, and the Kouchou tsuuhou coin image at the top right is 4.8cm across. All in all the carving of the images is good but not done with extreme care for size or faithfulness to the original. I presume that the publisher gave the block carver coin rubbings to work from, but that the carver worked with haste.
A person has written in pencil "MOMME" beside the characters reading "nijuume" or 20 me, meaning that coin was worth about 20 monme of silver.
